Michael J. Callahan
President, Invibio Inc.

Michael J. Callahan provides overall leadership and strategic direction of all key functions for both Invibio Inc. and Invibio Ltd.
Michael was instrumental in launching Invibio in 2001 to address the need for a specialized biomaterials company that could meet the unique and stringent biocompatibility criteria of the implantable polymers market.
Michael has extensive leadership experience in the areas of executive management, market development, engineering and sales. Prior to joining Invibio, Michael served as global medical manager and North American sales manager at Victrex, plc. and held key engineering and management positions with DSM Engineering Plastics Products and General Electric. Michael holds both a master's and bachelor's degree in polymer engineering from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell, Massachusetts, United States.
Lynne Todd
Technical Director
Technology & Operations
Lynne Todd is responsible for the development, implementation and leadership of all technology and operations strategy for Invibio biomaterials and services.
Prior to joining Invibio, Lynne directed a technology venture company, driving new technologies to market. She has also held key research posts at ICI Materials and commercial positions with GORE-TEX® Fabrics. Lynne holds a master's degree in polymer technology from the University of Loughborough, United Kingdom, and a bachelor's degree in materials engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. She is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Metals and Mining.
Jörg Schlegel
Commercial Director
Europe, Middle East & Asia Pacific
Jörg Schlegel is responsible for commercial operations and business development opportunities in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Jörg has been with Invibio since the company launch in 2001. Prior to his role as Commercial Director, he held the position of European Business Development Manager and preceding that was Medical Market Manager, Europe for Victrex plc. Prior to Victrex plc he worked for more than 5 years at B.Braun Aesculap as a development engineer responsible for the evaluation and characterization of biodegradable and non-degradable plastic materials for implants and medicine. He holds a chemical degree in biodegradable polymers from Fachhochschule Reutlingen in Germany.
Brian C. Roberts
Commercial & Business Development Director
Brian Roberts has global responsibility for Invibio's commercial operations, as well as its strategic business development activities.
Brian has extensive senior management experience in the areas of business development, transaction advisory and finance. Prior to assuming his position with Invibio, Brian held management positions with PerkinElmer, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in both the United States and Europe. Brian holds master's degrees in business administration and accountancy from Northeastern University, and a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of New Hampshire, New Hampshire, United States.
Dr. John Devine
Strategic Development Director
Dr. John Devine is responsible for developing Invibio's biomaterial applications growth strategy, for technical business development, and for technical marketing oversight.
Working with Invibio, Dr. Devine has helped introduce a range of advanced biomaterials to the market. He is a named inventor on a number of patented inventions, is a frequent contributor to papers at key biomaterials and industry conferences, and has authored numerous peer reviewed articles. Dr. Devine holds a doctorate in the field of organic polymer synthesis and structure property relationships from the University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom, and a degree in chemistry from the University of Glasgow, Scotland.
